2.創建VPN連接
說有個老幾老是在外旅行 要連接上公司的VPN 給定了VPN的名字 連接時的賬號 密碼（我記得是p@sswOrd）還有域的名字
照著創建一個VPN連接就是了
進入實驗就是網絡連接共享中心
屏幕左邊set up a connection
然後選第4個吧vpn
然後第1個
創建好了就開始連接 會說連接失敗 選下面一個 還是要創建 以後再連接就OK了
3.設置系統自動更新
說有個老幾 想設置每個星期六 11：00pm 自動更新VISTA
這個就簡單了
進入windows upgrade
然後就是選擇every Saturday 11：00pm
勾選自動升級
搞定
4.導入outlook郵件 從outlook 6把重要的郵件導入到windows mail 裡面的inbox
一打開就是VISTA MAIL 點FILE-import -message
選擇outlook 6 -next 選擇題目給定的文件夾 next選擇導入到inbox
然後就開始導入了
導入完 就OK搞定
5.共享文件夾
說有個老幾共享了自己的一個文件夾 共享權限設置都是對的 但就他自己的機子能打開 其他人都打不開 要你搞定
先檢查了了一下共享權限設置 和NTFS權限設置 都是對的 everyone 都是可讀權限 問題就不在這裡了
應該是防火牆擋住了 這裡只要打開防火牆 在例外裡面勾選文件和打印機共享就OK
6.同步脫機文件
這個貌似就是右鍵文件夾屬性
然後勾選那個officeline
控制面板裡面只有同步中心可以點開 你勾選了OFFCELINE之後在裡面可以點查看同步結果可以看的到的
7.windows defender設置
說有個老幾的windows defender設置了自動掃瞄 搞的機器慢的要死 要你搞定 想設置他閒的時候手動查殺，只查C盤
我是直接關掉了自動掃瞄 然後手動掃了一次C盤就OK了
8.更新聲卡驅動程序
說有個老幾的VISTA沒聲 要你搞定
直接去硬件管理器裡 把聲卡的驅動升級一下就OK了 升級的時候選擇從網上下載驅動第一個 就是
我考到的就是這8題 這8題貌似出現的幾率最大 另外還有幾題我沒考到 簡單說一下

Windows Vista 在全球已經創下超越了 Windows XP 的銷售佳績，同樣的，以全新使用者介面讓使用者所驚豔的新功能，以及挾帶許多新功能上市的 Windows Vista，也讓許多的 IT 工程師或業務工程師傷透腦筋了，不論是在安全上的新功能，或是在無線網路上的新功能等等，也為企業的前端支援或客戶服務等任務，都變得會有些小小的棘手。
舉 個例來說，Windows Vista 的安全性新功能－使用者帳戶控制 (User Account Control，UAC) 可讓許多使用者都覺得不夠親和，每次在系統資料存取時都要確認一次，對使用者來說很麻煩，但它又是可以防範不明程式或病毒存取系統資料的保護關卡之一，通 常是最好不要關閉，要如何在使用者和企業資訊安全時取得平衡點，可就是企業網管人員或支援工程師頭大的問題了。再舉個例子，無線網路也是資訊安全的一個漏 洞之一，Windows Vista 在無線網路環境上加上了網路探索與分享的防護功能 (公司／私人／公開環境)，對於企業網路管理來說可是個有正面幫助的新功能，不過這也要企業網管人員對 Vista 的這個功能有相當程度的瞭解，並且有能力應用它，才會發揮它的效用。
在一般電腦公司的業務處理方面，公司的支援工 程師也需要應付許多來自客戶的支援要求，例如在 Windows Vista Home Premium 所提供的 Media Center 功能，或者是因為硬體驅動或應用程式的相容性所造成的電腦問題等等，都是支援工程師要處理的範圍，而且支援的品質往往也會做為公司能力的一個重要指標，所 以支援工程師需要對 Windows Vista 夠熟悉，才得以勝任這樣的工作。
第一線的支援 － Support Technicians
Support Technician (支援技術專員) 在微軟的體系中，第一次被提出是在 Windows XP 的時代，以從事支援 Windows XP 在用戶端的組態設定與故障排除工作，包括使用者組態設定以及應用程式組態設定兩種，其認證名稱為 MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)，從事的工作都是以支援前端使用者的業務為主，支援的工作則通常是琳瑯滿目，以台灣 MIS 部門的支援工程師來說，可能從修電腦，牽網路，到修電燈或廁所都有可能，這可能也是台灣 MIS 工程師的宿命吧。
不 過不可否認的，支援工程師確實是站在第一線直接面對客戶的，而且大多都會要在限時的時段中將故障排除掉，這就考驗了支援工程師的能力，對於軟硬體的熟悉度 以及對作業系統的熟悉度。以往這些都是在 MCSE / MCSA 中的用戶端考試中才能夠測驗，微軟為了要更進一步對這類型的支援工程師的能力進行驗證，因而發展出 MCDST 認證，透過兩科考試來驗證考生是否具備了足夠的用戶端作業系統支援能力。

除了 Windows Vista 的基本設定外，在企業這種中大型環境中如果要快速部署 Windows Vista，則除了要會一些能夠自訂化 (Customize) 及自動化 (Automatic) 安裝的能力外，還要能夠善用工具來進行大量部署。
不 僅是 Windows Vista 而已，Office 2007 的桌面應用程式 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Access/Publisher 等) 也是企業桌面部署的主題之一，Office 2007 本身也具有相當靈活且容易使用的自動安裝功能，只要適當設定 Office 2007 的安裝回應檔 (Answer file)，就可以順利的大量部署 Office 2007 桌面應用程式。
微軟發表了一個大量部署的工具－ Business Desktop Deployment Workbench，可由 TechNet 網站下載，它可以管理 Windows Vista 以及 Office 2007 Desktops 的應用程式部署工作，同時考生也要知道如何使用 SMS (System Management Server) 來部署 Windows Vista 的安裝影像 (Installation Image)。
升 級 (Upgrading) 相信在大型企業環境中相當重要，尤其是在要將使用者的工作中斷壓縮到最小的程度，這需要詳細的規劃，以及適當的使用部署工具和檢查工具，例如相容性檢查工 具，以及使用者狀態移轉工具 (User State Migration Tool，USMT) 等。

MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician
Windows Vista 的支援到了第二個層次，就是實際情境的支援了，其中支援工程師必須要能夠應付千百種使用者支援的要求，像是網路突然無法連線、應用程式突然掛點不能使用、 沒辦法上網、登入網域時出現錯誤訊息、無法連線到檔案伺服器或沒辦法傳檔案等等雜七雜八的問題，支援工程師都必須要將它修到好，所以支援工程師需要知道企 業網路與伺服器的環境，以及和 Windows Vista 的整合等等。
MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician 就是以在企業環境中的 Windows Vista 支援為背景所發展的認證，它假設考生已經具備了 Windows Vista 的組態設定經驗以及知道，以實際的支援環境問題來測驗考生，以評量考生在企業應用環境中支援與排除問題的能力。由於 MCITP 等級認證是以實際工作為主要測驗項目，考試已經假定了考生已對 Windows Vista 有一定程度的瞭解，所以不會出現任何與基本設定有關的題目，而是都以模擬現實環境下的狀況來出題，考生必須在給定的環境和條件中，選用最適合的工具與方法 來解決問題，所以如果沒有足夠的 Windows Vista 知識，想要回答這種問題其實很難。

MCITP: Customer Support Technician
支 援工程師的另一個層次就是面對客戶的業務或支援工程師，和企業支援不同的是，工程師要模擬的環境就是一般使用者，環境可以是很小很小的網路或是單機環境， 而且使用者的問題可能會更千變萬化，例如電腦中毒、是遊戲不能跑、相片不能看、記憶卡找不到、USB 磁碟不能用、沒辦法上網 (ADSL) 或是中了惡意程式等等問題，而且一般使用者最大的特色就是「對電腦完全不懂」，而且問題往往比企業環境還要單純些 (企業環境還要兼顧網路和其他電腦環境)，但這樣的使用者可能比企業使用者來的煩。

若 考生原有 MCDST 認證，則可以利用升級考試 Exam 70-621: PRO: Upgrading your MCDST certification to MCITP Enterprise Support 來升級到 MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician 認證，本科考試同時包含了 70 - 620 及 70-622 的考試內容，故若通過本科考試，即可取得 MCTS: Windows Vista Configuration 以及 MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician 兩種認證。
